Found another bunch of old SF mags on archive: Science Fiction Quarterly. Tons of Eric Frank Russell, Isaac Asimov, etc!

WWII was very inconvenient to science fiction, the pulps had to take almost a decade off. Imagine another decade of early Asimov! His writing of the '50s-60s wouldn't be half as wooden (and still had great ideas).

EFR's cover story to that one is very unsubtle coded Yellow Peril (tho the "Miggies" are pale), but I kinda like the galaxy-building he does. Hrmn.

@kolbychez @mdhughes Ditto. Good news is that the shape is simple enough, it should be possible to vacuum form it with DIY components
