In the spirit of only watching quality cinema, I just watched Tremors 3: Back to Perfection. And I really think it holds up. All the townies still alive came back, new guy is OK, young Chang girl is cute and competent. The new monster form is excellent, just the right kind of almost-plausible bio-physics.

Probably more people now know Michael Gross as Bert Gummer than Steven Keaton. And probably more people don't have any idea who that is.
